Education & Teachers: Mannes School of Music - founded by David Mannes & Clara Damrosch Mannes, New York City. Joseph Raieff and Ruth Johnson, classes in theory and harmony, performed with the Mannes Orchestra under the direction of Carl Bamberger. Continued studies with Dr. Frances Clark at the New School, Princeton, N.J. and privately with Morton Estrin, Hofstra University, Dr. Peter Mack, Cornish School, and Dr. Cassandra Carr, Seattle.
